Why I Built First Shift by DGTM
I built DGTM out of necessity. When I became a sales leader, I felt completely unprepared. The skills that made me successful as an individual contributor didn't translate to managing people. I was winging it, and my team deserved better.
So I created the system I wished I'd had: practical tools, proven frameworks, and the kind of coaching that actually helps you grow. DGTM is what happens when you combine real-world experience with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
We are our best when we bring our whole selves to leadership. So here’s a bit more about mine:
